Museum Store REfund and Exchange Policies

If you have the original receipt for an item being returned you may either:
  1. Return the item for a full refund*.
  2. Exchange the item for another item/s of equal or greater value. If the purchase is more than the original amount, you pay the difference.
Refunds can only be given in the form in which the original tender was received. For example: if you paid by credit card, the refund must be given on a credit card.
 
For guests wishing to make a return without a receipt:
  1. You may exchange the item/s for museum merchandise of equal or greater value*.
  2. Refunds without a receipt are at the sole discretion of the management and, if approved, will only be given in the form of a museum gift card.
*Items being refunded or exchanged must be in like-new condition. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Guests have 90 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange an item. All refunds or exchanges will be considered at the sole discretion of management.
